Michelin-starred chef Thomas Keller opened his restaurant, which serves only caviar and champagne. Located in Yountville, California, Regiis Ova Caviar & Champagne Lounge will offer the finest caviar ranges served by Regiis Ova, a registered brand as well as an exclusive tasting location.

Regiis Ova Caviar & Champagne Lounge’s menu features caviar-based snacks, sturgeon roe main courses, chef Daniel Boulud’s smoked salmon, and Iwate prefecture’s A5 Wagyu carpaccio. Desserts include a selection of La Fôret Bon-Bons made by Wendy Sherwood, a member of The French Laundry’s three-star team and now sharing Thomas Keller’s new culinary adventure.
