World-renowned three-Michelin-star chef Anne-Sophie Pic is opening her new restaurant, La Dame de Pic, in the tourist resort of Megève in the French Haute-Savoie Alps. The chef is implementing his new gastronomy project, which he had to wait for a year due to the pandemic.

Pic, the founder of La Dame de Pic – Le 1920, located inside the Four Seasons Hotel Megève, says that his new restaurant will offer a cuisine based on local produce to capture the nature of the region and promote local producers through its menu. At the same time, the chef is returning to his roots with his new restaurant. Pic presents its dishes in full harmony with local products of the Alps, especially aromatic herbs such as fir sprouts, sweet clover, and cumin, chosen in collaboration with a local expert.
