Accor Hotel Group continues its growth in the region with the first Raffles hotel in the Middle East. Accor, the world-leading hospitality group with more than 600 hotels and resorts across India, the Middle East, Africa, and Turkey, is opening the first Raffles resort in the Middle East in the iconic Palm Jumeirah. Scheduled to open in the last quarter of 2021, Raffles the Palm Dubai will be the first ultra-luxury property to be added to Accor’s existing rich portfolio in Dubai.
Accor Hotel Group has been partnering with the Emerald Palace Group (EGP), which has successfully developed and built residential projects in Ukraine, UAE, and Russia since 1996. EGP is currently running 8 new projects under construction. However, 10 projects are waiting in line.
Beyond expectations
Raffles the Palm Dubai will be located on 100,000 square meters of land in the West Crescent of Palm Jumeirah, the world’s largest man-made island and archipelago. While its privileged location offers panoramic sea views and the beauties of Dubai’s iconic skyline, it will be just a short car ride away from the city’s vibrant attractions to a serene and private setting.
When the resort opens, it will include 389 luxury rooms, suites, and villas – the smallest starting at 65 m2 – each with balconies and terraces with unparalleled sea views. This new resort will not only offer unrivaled hospitality, but it will also exceed expectations with its unique Raffles butler service and eight new unique lifestyle food and beverage experiences.
