Michelin-starred chef Yannick Alléno will take over the Vistamar restaurant at the Hôtel Hermitage in Monaco on May 19. The restaurant, whose terrace has been completely renewed, will provide an unforgettable experience with the unique dishes of Yannick Alléno.

Vistamar, where Mediterranean influences will be seen in the restaurant, from the dishes on the menu to the plates they are served, surrounds the guests with jasmine, citrus fruits, and olive trees on the terrace and Alléno will use local products to prepare dinners.

Following the announcement made last February, building works will be ongoing until 2022, notably on the new interior architecture entrusted to Chahan Minassian.
