50 Best will announce a list of Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants 2021, sponsored by S.Pellegrino & Acqua Panna, on 25th March Thursday via a virtual awards ceremony. 50 Best will also introduce “Essence of Asia”, a new unranked restaurant collection.

Essence of Asia, which will be published on Tuesday, March 16, will introduce organizations that represent the spirit of Asian gastronomy and have a positive impact on the local cuisine. The collection will choose casual restaurants that preserve Asian traditions and honor authentic flavors.
