Two Michelin-starred chef Roberto Ruiz, who owns a restaurant called Punto MX in Madrid but was forced to close the restaurant due to the pandemic, is back with Barracuda MX. The chef, who brings the flavor of his country’s Mexico’s Pacific coast to his restaurant, will continue to enchant Spain.

Launched on February 17, Barracuda MX is a project that Ruiz has been dreaming of for a long time.
