Gulfood, the world’s largest food and beverage fair, started at the Dubai World Trade Centre. The fair, which started today and has 2,500 participants from 85 countries, will continue until February 25. Food and beverage professionals from all over the world will be hosted in Dubai for five days.

The event, where food workshops and discussions will also be held on how technology is changing the food industry and how to tackle the challenges during the pandemic, is expected to attract thousands of buyers from around the world. More than 60 chefs including Michelin-starred chefs, 110 speakers including well-known business leaders, heads of government and food innovators, and top culinary experts in the UAE will be among them.

The UAE has ensured adherence to the strictest health protocols for Gulfood 2021 and accordingly, the event will be carried out under safety and hygiene protocols. Considering the health of all delegates, social distance practice and wearing a mask were also made compulsory.
