In the press conference held earlier on COVID-19 restrictions being slowly lifted, New York Governor Andrew Cuomo announced that restaurants can start hosting their guests indoors on February 14th at 25% capacity.
The new restrictions will follow the same rules as the last time indoor dining was made available on September 30th. Stating that the 25% capacity rule may be increased if the positive cases keep falling, “Twenty-five per cent is bigger than zero and that’s where we are now” said Governor Cuomo.
