28-year-old chef of freshly Michelin-starred MoSuke and La Liste’s Young Chef Award recipient Mory Sacko became one of the most-talked-about chefs of the gastronomy world. Following the years he worked alongside molecular gastronomy legend Thierry Marx at the Mandarin Oriental, Sacko opened his restaurant MoSuke in September and received his first Michelin star shortly after.
Located in Montparnasse, Paris; MoSuke offers African cuisine with a French and Japanese twist. Starting the year off strong, Top Chef contestant chef Mory Sacko have already become one of the biggest names of gastronomy. Selling around 150 takeout meals every day, the restaurant caught the attention of prestigious guides such as Michelin and La Liste. Chef Mory Sacko expressed his excitement with the words “I can already say that my year 2021 is even greater than 2020 which was already exceptional.”
