Three Michelin starred restaurant Eleven Madison Park in New York announced its takeout kit “EMP to Go”. Joining the upscale restaurants that offer takeout menus during the pandemic, Eleven Madison Park will prepare 10 meals to those in need with chef Daniel Humm’s organization Rethink for every kit that is purchased.

The takeout kits for two include brioche, foie gras and black truffle stuffed chicken, with the restaurant’s signature granola, baked butternut squash, salad, potato gratin and apple tart for dessert. Chef Daniel Humm being one of the founders, the non-profit organization Rethink will provide 10 meals to the needy for every kit purchased.
