Made a name for himself with his work in China and Macau, chef Albert Au is now the executive chef of the Michelin-starred restaurant Jiang-Nan Chun in the Four Seasons Hotel Singapore.
Started his career at the age of 14, Albert Au received a Michelin star in 2010 with his work in the Tang restaurants and three Michelin stars in 2014 with The 8 Restaurant in the Grand Lisboa Hotel Macau. Successful chef is now appointed as the executive chef of the Cantonese restaurant Jiang-Nan Chun in Four Seasons Hotel Singapore.
