Former Head Chef of Koya, one of the popular restaurants of London, Junya Yamasaki announced his new project Yess Aquatic on his Instagram account last week after moving to Los Angeles in 2018.

Japanese chef Yamasaki will present his original dishes with the local fresh seafood prepared with Japanese techniques in the food truck Yess Aquatic, which is located in the Artist District of Los Angeles. Chef Junya Yamasaki plans to expand food truck in the future however, Yess Aquatic is currently only open for take-away.
