Chef Kevin Tien’s modern French-Vietnamese restaurant Moon Rabbit in Washington DC is closing its doors after almost a month.
“It was a tough decision. I don’t think anyone expected to open a restaurant for 45 days, and then close down. You feel like you’re getting into a rhythm and groove, and then out of your control a brick wall comes up. Every business is hitting a brick wall right now” said chef Tien. Kevin Tien hope to re-open his restaurant on January 15, the expected date for the Washington state to allow indoor and outdoor dining again.
