MICHELIN Guide Seoul 2021 gave stars of Seoul restaurants.

The MICHELIN Guide Seoul 2021, which includes a total of 178 restaurants, includes two 9-star, seven 2-star, twenty-three 1-star, 60 Bib Gourmand and 86 MICHELIN Plate businesses. One restaurant got its first star, while three restaurants rose to one star from Plate. At the same time, the two restaurants were awarded with the Michelin Green Star, which was introduced for the first time this year and aims to reward role model businesses that are at the forefront of sustainable gastronomy.

Our inspectors were thrilled to see the talent and generosity of chefs and entire teams on display again once restaurants were able to reopen.” says Gwendal Poullennec, International Director of the MICHELIN Guides.
