Rudy’s Vegan Butcher, the UK’s first vegan butcher, attracted great attention on its first day of opening.

Meeting its customers in London on World Vegan Day on November 1, Rudy’s Vegan Butcher consumed its stocks from the first day with various plant-based meat alternatives such as ‘baycon’ and ‘lobstah’ and received 100 online orders in the first 10 minutes of their opening. In addition to its products such as homemade pastrami, dirty burger patties and meatballs, butcher offers many vegan products such as beef, chicken and turkey, which are typically made of soy and seitan.
