New dates have been announced in Sirha, one of the important gatherings of the HORECA industry. Considering the effects of the pandemic, it was decided that Sirha Lyon will be held on 29 May-2 June 2021 and Sirha Istanbul will be held on 18-19-20 November 2021.

GL events Exhibitions, which has more than 40 years of experience in major markets in the event industry, evaluated the effects of the pandemic period and revised both Lyon and Istanbul organizations of Sirha, one of the group’s leading food events, to new dates for 2021. Sirha Lyon, which is held every two years in Lyon, France, will open its doors for the 20th time on 29 May-2 June 2021, and Sirha Istanbul for the 8th time on 18-19-20 November 2021.

Sirha Lyon brought together 225,000 professional exhibitors, 30,500 international visitors and 3,770 brands and exhibitors, and hosted 1,83 new product launches in 2019.

Sirha Istanbul hosted 15 thousand 314 visitors, including 116 participating companies and 264 foreign visitors, in 2019. In November 2021, it will host its participants at the Yenikapı Eurasia Show and Art Center in its new place with an indoor area of ​​18 thousand 400 m2.
