The 2 Michelin-starred La Dame de Pic London, located at the Four Season Hotel London at Ten Trinity Square, began welcoming its guests on September 10 with its new Chef de Cuisine, Marc Mantovani, and new dishes.
Welcoming guests at the Four Seasons Hotel London at Ten Trinity Square, the 2 Michelin star La Dame de Pic London reopened its doors on September 10 with its new Chef de cuisine, Marc Mantovani, and new dishes. “After 180 long days away, we could not be more excited to reopen our doors to guests. We are full of positive energy, inspiration and emotion that we can’t wait to express through our dishes,” said Anne-Sophie Pic and added, “The passion and creativity within the team has only grown these past few months, and we can’t wait to share it once again.”
Upon its reopening, the restaurant will also welcome a new Chef de Cuisine, Marc Mantovani. His culinary journey started at a young age, with his talents leading him to Anne-Sophie Pic’s three Michelin-starred Maison Pic at just 20 years old. His career quickly progressed within the restaurant, and he and Pic developed a strong relationship.
New flavours on the menu include Cornish crab that is poached in court-bouillon and seasoned with madras curry and Vietnamese coriander and served with a charred-lemon chutney, Scottish grouse marinated with batak berries and whisky, served with a parsnip purée and chestnut and additively raspberry baba that is inspired by the classical French dessert, with a twist of yuzu gin.
