The Michelin Guide, which continues to support the industry despite the difficult times the restaurants are going through, announced it will reveal stars for Great Britain and Ireland on January 25, 2021.

Michelin Guide to Great Britain and Ireland 2021 will be announced with an event to be launched at the Dorchester Hotel in London, according to the latest statement of Michelin Guide. Despite the difficult times the restaurant industry went through in 2020, Michelin inspectors have been secretly assessing restaurants across the UK and Ireland in order to compile the 2021 guide, which will be published digitally only. Gwendal Poullennec, International Director of the Michelin Guides, said: “Our inspectors are eating out and supporting the industry across Great Britain and Ireland. Moving the event to January and launching a digital-only guide gives us the time we need to be fair to restaurateurs and to ensure the consistent, expert advice our customers demand.”
