The 19 finalists of the 7th Bocuse d’Or Europe, which will take place in Tallinn, Estonia, on October 15-16, were announced.

19 chefs were determined for the Bocuse d’Or Europe final, which is normally scheduled to be held in May but postponed to 15-16 October, and 10 chefs determined by the jury will be entitled to attend the Grand Finale, which will be held in Lyon next year. With the UK withdrawing from the competition, the remaining 19 chefs are required to present 2 different plates to the jury members in exactly 5 hours and 35 minutes. The theme of the first plate will be the Estonian quail, while the theme of the second plate will be the catfish which is mainly bred in South Estonia.
