British chef Nathan Outlaw has announced a concept change at his eponymous 2 Michelin-starred restaurant to welcome guests with a more fun environment.
Successful chef Outlaw has announced that he will be rebranding his 2 Michelin-starred fine dining restaurant in Cornwall, creating an ‘accessible concept’. Celebrity chef “We are proud to have seen Restaurant Nathan Outlaw go from strength to strength over the years, but we wholeheartedly feel that it is time to change the restaurant to a new, more accessible and fun environment for both customers and staff. I am a different chef and person that started the original restaurant and get far more pleasure and reward from the simpler things in life, and that includes the way I cook and eat out. We’re incredibly excited to see where this new road leads us, and we will remain just as motivated by our mission to put seafood on your plate and create exciting spaces for guests and staff alike,” said.
According to the Fine Dining Lovers, the celebrity chef said Nathan Outlaw Fish Kitchen, again based in Port Isaac, would also be rediscovered with a lower price point, reflecting his seafood cooking philosophy more accurately. The chef stated that he had been away from fine dining for some time, and so this crisis gave him the opportunity to revive the concepts of his restaurants.
