With the opening of restaurants in Chicago, 3 Michelin-starred Alinea is entering the season with the “AIR: Alinea Residence” project at the Fulton Market rooftop.

With a completely unique and new menu, Alinea Group will welcome its guests from Wednesday until August 15th. Kokonas said it will be located at Morgan’s on Fulton, a private event space. Although the area already has a kitchen, chefs at Alinea have brought their own equipment. “We have significantly upgraded and supplemented those spaces by moving in more induction cookware, added glass and dishwashing stations, and even outdoor hibachi grilling stations and other surprises,” said Nick Kokonas, co-owner at Alinea.
